We are pleased to be launching our newest service this month: Nutritional Consultations

Meet one-on-one with Naturopathic Doctor, Registered Holistic Nutritionist and trained chef, Jennifer Baer, to determine your nutritional needs and create a customized meal plan.

We’re also excited to be celebrating National Heart Health Month this February. Our Heart Smarts Program™ is designed to manage and prevent cardiovascular conditions such as high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and diabetes. This program can prevent or reduce your reliance on prescription medication.

Heart Smarts: Why Naturopathic Doctors are uniquely suited to treat the epidemics of our time.

Join licensed Naturopathic Doctors Jennifer Baer and Jaty Tam as they present safe and effective options in the treatment and prevention of: diabetes, high blood pressure, elevated cholesterol levels, obesity and overweight, heart disease, arterial disease and stroke.

Do you know your 10-year risk for developing heart disease? Learn how a Naturopathic Doctor (ND) can assess your risk and develop an individualized program for you. NDs work in conjunction with your Medical Doctor, are uniquely trained to recognize and understand drug interactions, and are able to make safe prescriptions of herbs, supplements and other therapeutic products or therapies to patients that are currently taking prescription drugs.
