Jennifer Baer is a licensed Naturopathic Doctor, who practices naturopathic family medicine, with special interests in:

• digestive and immune health – as the cornerstones of long-term wellness

treatment & prevention of chronic conditions like diabetes, cardiovascular disease (high blood pressure or cholesterol, heart and arterial disease, stroke, metabolic syndrome) and obesity

• women’s health through the lifecyle (from PMS and menstrual irregularities to fertility challenges and PCOS to menopause)

• mood disorders, anxiety, stress-management and the mind-body connections intrinsic to all health concerns

As a trained chef and Registered Holistic Nutritionist, Jennifer has a passion for educating people as to the benefits of a delicious and healthful diet, and has taught numerous post-secondary courses in nutrition at Centennial College, the Ontario College of Homeopathic Medicine and the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition. This expertise allows Jennifer to guide patients in making dietary and lifestyle choices which are fundamental to your longterm health. In addition to naturopathic medical services, Jennifer offers nutritional consultations, which include:  analysis and review of your current nutritional status, education, and a personalized meal plan with recipes, tips and tools for maintaining a nutritious and delicious diet.

Jennifer is committted to coaching her patients in the pursuit of an optimal level of health, and to empowering them to live their best lives.
