HEART SMARTS PROGRAM LAUNCH

We are very happy to be launching a new program called Heart Smarts to prevent a treat cardiovascular conditions such as high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and diabetes. This program can prevent or reduce your reliance on prescription medication.

Are the winter blahs getting you down? Get ready to step into SPRING with us! In honour of National Naturopathic Medicine Week, we are planning a two week long FREE event called: “Community Wide Spring Cleanse”. The program will include lectures, information, and a diet plan outlining the steps of following a cleanse, as well as community events such as: yoga, community walk & clean-up, green & clean friendly shopping tips, community potluck and donations to local charities.
