In honour of National Naturopathic Medicine Week, we are planning a two week long FREE event called: “Community Wide Spring Cleanse”. The program will include lectures, information, and a diet plan outlining the steps of following a cleanse, as well as community events such as: yoga, community walk & clean-up, green & clean friendly shopping tips, community potluck and donations to local charities.
